I can stay active pretty much whenever but that's coming from years of playing around with my sleep schedule because of lucid dreaming practice

If you want more information I would suggest searching studies for how the biological clock changes and what effects that has rather than just people over discord. This is something that likely has extensive articles done about it.

DPD doesn't get diagnosed that much since it is common as just being seen as being "needy" but it is in the DSM just like all the other disorders
